The Skiing and the Mountains
- Beaver Creek has an impressive annual average snow record of 788cms plus extensive snowmaking facilities, the resort is also known for its excellent grooming
- Beaver Creek is one of the largest and most diverse ski areas in Colorado with a 1232 metre vertical drop, 146 trails (seven specifically contoured for snowboarders), six high-speed quads, three triples, four doubles, one surface lift and three snowboard parks
- Test yourself on the Bird’s of Prey piste, respected as one of the three most difficult World Cup Descents that opened in time for the 1999 World Ski Championships
- The ski terrain and conditions are suitable for all ages and abilities of skiers and snowboarders, but uniquely the beginner terrain is all at the top of the mountain giving even the newest skier that top of the mountain ski experience
- "Mystic Isles" is a new entry-level terrain park suitable for children and new riders, and the resort also boasts one new and one improved intermediate-level terrain park
- Lift tickets for Beaver Creek are not only valid for skiing or riding in this world class resort but are also valid for skiing or riding at its sister resort Vail which is only 10 miles down the road as well as Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin all located just over an hours drive from the Vail Valley
