Palazzo Arzaga Hotel Golf Resort

This delightful former palace and chapel dates back to the 15th century, from which the hotel's pristine frescos still survive. It is located close to the southern shore of Lake Garda, a 20 or 45 minute drive from the airports of Brescia and Verona respectively.

For a boutique hotel the facilities at Palazzo Arzaga are superb. There is an 18-hole Nicklaus designed championship golf course as well as a Gary Player 9-hole course and extensive practice facilities. There is pleasant outdoor pool with sun terrace as well as an impressive spa that offers a wide selection of Clarins treatments. There is a library and tennis courts, and with Verona close by, a night at the opera is a must.

The 84 guestrooms are located in the Palazzo as well as in the "Residenza dei Castagni" and in the "Residenza San Martino", close to the 17th century chapel. All rooms provide high levels of comfort and are tastefully furnished in traditional lombardian architecture. All rooms boast the facilities you would expect of a 5* resort including, AC, robes and hairdryer, satellite TV, minibar, safe and some have a terrace or small balcony. If you are looking for something special the Fresco rooms are outstanding with floor to ceiling paintings.

The hotel has three restaurants, including the clubhouse which serves light meals and is an ideal venue for lunch. However the two restaurants in the main building offer exquisite dining in an intimate location. Il Moretto serves fine Italian cuisine in an intimate setting, here you can also enjoy a drink on the terrace bar before dining. Finally there is L'Enoteca with its fine wine list and in the summer months, La Corte, located in the courtyard of the palazzo.
