Clearly not one to be played off the back tees, but it gives you an idea as to how serious a golf course this Cabell B Robinson design is. It is a stadium course with good use of mounding on the front 9, combined with giant palms and waste bunkers. The back 9 benefits from some strategic water hazards, in particular the par 5 15th which takes your drive over the tree and bunker downhill to leave you an option of going for the green over the lake or laying up to the right. Wonderful views of The Atlas Mountains, great practice facilities and a welcoming Kasbah style clubhouse further enhance your experience.

Naoura Barriere

The Hotel and Ryads Naoura Barriere is a deluxe city centre hotel located in the heart of the Medina. Opened in 2009 it prides itself on personal service and understated luxury. It is the perfect haven away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

There are 85 rooms and suites as well as individual riads with private pools. All rooms benefit from butler and concierge service. All rooms have pool view and and come equipped with Bose entertainment system, satellite TV, dvd player and broadband internet.

There are two excellent restaurants: Fouquets Marrakech which is a fine dining restaurant and offers a mixture of local and international cusine; and Le Wardya which is a poolside retaurant serving food during the day.
