The Sheraton Algarve is located at Pine Cliffs Resort, which is peacefully situated on the cliff tops overlooking Praia da Falesia, between the lively resorts of Vilamoura & Albufeira. It is only 30 minutes from Faro airport
There is a 9 hole golf course as well as a golf academy. For the sports enthusiast there is a tennis academy and watersports available on the beach. The Sheraton at Pine Cliffs also has a health club with large indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi as well as 3 outdoor swimming pools. The Porto Pirata Club is the areas finest children's club, complete with pirate ship for children of all ages. Prices vary during the year so please ask at the time of booking, when we can also inform you of various child reductions.
From groups to families, irrespective of budget, Pine Cliffs offers the most diverse selection of accommodation available in Portugal. Hotel rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, movies on demand, safe, minibar, hairdryer, robe & slippers and balcony or terrace. There are also 2-3 bedroom Golf Suites with a bathroom per bedroom and 1-5 bedroom townhouses & apartments.
A fine selection of 12 different outlets are available at Pine Cliffs from the relaxed luncheon venues at the beach bar & Corda café to the fine dining at the romantic O Mirador and perennial favourite O Pescador. There are cuisines as diverse as Moroccan and Italian as well as traditional Portuguese fare to ensure you never have to leave the resort. Please note that many of the restaurants operate seasonally.

The 5 courses at Vilamoura are now all owned by the Oceanico group and managed by Troon Golf, ensuring the service levels you receive are second to none on the Algarve. The Victoria course was completed in 2004, and immediately hosted a WGC event and is now a regular on The European Tour. Huge lakes were created and tonnes of earth moved to create the course which has a Florida feel to it. Now mature, it is the best course in the area. The Old Course by contrast is the oldest in Vilamoura, and by some distance our most popular. It is a more mature course, cut through pine trees, it requires accurate shotmaking to score well. The Millenium Course combines two different nines, with holes that are cut through a pine forest contrasting wonderfully with those that are more open with water hazards and large bunkers. Laguna is a shorter course designed over rolling terrain with lots of water, whereas Pinhal, as the name suggests, makes use of those ubiquitous umbrella pine trees as the course winds its way around some of Vilamoura's finest real estate.
