Guest Services Manager
Are you friendly and outgoing with loads of common sense? Can you think on your feet? Have you done a season or two before, and feel ready to take on a little more responsibility? This role combines the benefits of plenty of time on the mountain, and lots of guest interaction, however you also need excellent organisational skills to ensure you get everything done! The position also involves basic accounting, airport transfers, welcome meetings, and helping guests with any problems that may arise, and anything else that needs doing! For this role you need to have held a full, clean driving license for over three years, speak conversational French or German, however, your interpersonal, listening and customer service skills will be your most important assets. Housekeeper
You will be responsible for managing the chalet staff and the services that they provide. Are you an organised housekeeper or an experienced chalet host or housekeeper and feel ready to take on a challenge? This role combines the benefits of plenty of time on the mountain with maintaining the standards of cleanliness and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our clients in our chalets. You will have a key eye for detail and high standards in cleaning and presentation. The position also involves leading and motivating your team, basic accounting, managing the linen stock & laundry, holding weekly staff meetings, and helping the chalet teams deal with any problems which may arise, and use your excellent organisational skills to ensure that everything else which needs doing gets done! For this role you need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, speak conversational French or German, however, your team leading and communication skills will be your most important assets. Previous experience in hospitality or similar role would be an advantage. Supertravel offer a competitive benefits package.

Chalet Host
Do you love entertaining friends at home? If you are experienced in catering to a high dinner party standard for 8 or more friends, or have professional catering experience, and are looking for a new challenge then you sound like just the person we are looking for. You will be expected to prepare a 4 course evening meal, cooked breakfast and a variety of cakes and canapés, as well as keeping your chalet spotlessly clean. Handyman/Driver
For this role we need a good all-rounder. You enjoy DIY and are experienced in dealing with most household emergencies, such as plumbing, basic electrics and heating systems as well as day to day repairs to property and furniture. You will work alongside the Guest Services Managers & Housekeepers to provide a driving service to clients staying in our chalets, as well as driving staff, and assisting with the weekly shopping trip. Your most important attributes will be flexibility, willingness to work hard, proven maintenance skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Chalet Assistant
You need to be bubbly and outgoing, a hard worker with good attention to detail, and have a genuine desire to make sure that clients staying in your chalet have their best holiday ever. This is a very varied role, involving a thorough daily clean of your chalet, assisting with meal preparation and service, entertaining children with games etc, hosting and socialising with clients, and many other varied tasks. A very rewarding role as you are the person who will make sure that the clients have a great time. Resort Manager
Supertravel are looking for friendly and dynamic people who have superb organisational and motivational skills to take on the challenge of running a resort! You will ideally have previously worked abroad for a couple of seasons and be looking for the next step into management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven staff management experience. You will be highly organised, have a great attention to detail and have a flexible and proactive approach to work. You should be a good team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative. You will be an advanced skier/snowboarder with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You should also be in possession of a full clean driving licence.
Ideally, you will speak French/German and have experience in budgeting and accounting.

Sales Executive
You will be managing all the travel needs of clients and the administration for these bookings. By providing outstanding customer service you will work competently and exceed set targets. As part of the job you will welcome all telephone calls with enthusiasm and meet clients needs, to be responsible for advising and selling an extensive range of ski travel products. You will attend regular product and sales training sessions, report to your manager on a regular basis with sales figures. Also assist in the running of the operational side to the business, including administration and data entry. Some travel is involved.
