From the grandeur of Zermatt hotels overlooking the iconic Matterhorn to the chic boltholes of super-glamorous Courchevel 1850, we will help you find a European ski hotel which suits you. Hotels in St Anton generally have modern, comfortable interiors with traditional Austrian fronts, whereas Meribel offers cosier, chalet-style buildings from the centre of town to high up on the piste. From converted palaces to luxury lodge-style escapes, there are some amazing hotels in the Alps.
The facilities of a well-equipped hotel can be a
huge draw. Many mountain hotels offer fully equipped fitness centres and all-important saunas and spas with masseurs to soothe those aching muscles. Great food on vast menus and wine lists to wow: the great choice can mean you never need to step outside.
Room service and interconnecting rooms are
more reasons to opt for a hotel for some, as well as a selection of room types and added touches such as your own iPod docking station, satellite TV and wifi. Swimming pools are popular, especially if they are heated and outdoors on a sunny afternoon, and there’s something special about being able to plod down there in your fluffy white bathrobe.
And you can still enjoy cosy evenings by the fire: many hotel bars re-create that ski lodge ambience well, making you feel instantly at home.
Those looking to explore have the flexibility
to pop out to a new restaurant each evening, showing you more of the resort and letting you chose the cuisine you like.
The alpine hotels we recommend all have
great central or on-piste locations, and we will also give you restaurant recommendations and book tables and excursions for you.
We can offer a wide range of flight options from many UK airports, and transfers can be arranged from any overseas airport.

Le Lana opened in the winter of 1958 and has long been established as one of the top luxury ski hotels in Courchevel 1850. It also arguably has the best location being on the ‘Bellecote Piste’ offering ski in ski out but also only steps away from the resort. Recently refurbished this is truly a luxury ski hotel.
The hotel Le Lana has 57 rooms, 19 suites and one enormous apartment, which features its own sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi. Finished to the highest standards that you would expect from a luxury ski hotel in Courchevel 1850, each room is equipped with direct telephone line, satellite TV, safe, and the suites also have a DVD player.
Facilities The Le Lana has everything you could possibly want to unwind after a hard day on the slopes, whether it’s a warm down in the fitness facility, or a warm up in the sauna and hammam or just a relaxing swim. They even offer beauty treatments, massage and for any aches and pains the services of a physiotherapist.
Le Saint Nicolas restaurant at Le Lana is well worth a visit for its fine dining. The south facing terrace is a great place for lunch and you can watch the world and the skiers go by. In the school holidays the hotel features a special buffet for children. 080110
