Bali is a truly magical place and the most famous island in Indonesia. It blends spectacular mountain scenery and beautiful beaches with warm and friendly people, a vibrant culture and out of this world resorts. Also known as the Morning of the World, Bali has bags of sheer natural beauty with looming volcanoes and lush terraced rice fields that exude peace and serenity while the people enchant with their dramatic dances and colourful ceremonies. Add all this to an exciting nightlife and fine dining and you are sure to have a great time on this six day tour of this exotic island.

Full Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Bali

You will be met on arrival at the airport by one of our experienced tour representatives who will take you to your first hotel, The Breezes Resort. Here you can relax at this stylish resort before being taken on a one hour drive to explore the Seminyak area. Then it's back to Breezes for the rest of the day and evening when you have free time to explore on your own and possibly try one of the many local restaurants.

Day 2: Lovina

After breakfast, head out to Taman Ayun Temple – formerly a royal temple and one of the most beautiful on the island. Then continue to Alas Kedaton monkey forest, the home of Bali’s monkeys. Its towering nutmeg trees are unique to this area and are sacred to the Balinese People. Next visit Tanah Lot Temple – a magnificent temple perched gingerly on a huge rock resting just off the shore and one of the most photographed sites in Bali. Enjoy a sumptuous seafood lunch overlooking the temple then continue to Lovina, where you stay tonight. En-route stop at a lively local fruit and vegetable market, as well as Ulun Danu Temple, which is in a stunning setting.

Day 3: Lovina to Manggis

An early morning pick up when you are taken to Lovina Beach to board a traditional boat for a trip out into the Indian Ocean where you can watch pods of dolphins jumping out of the water as if they were putting on a private show. Later travel to Kintamani to see breathtaking views of Mount Batur and after lunch in a local restaurant visit the Besakih Temple high on the slopes of Gunung Agung, Bali's biggest mountain. Then return to you hotel the Alila Manggis

Day 4: Manggis to Ubud

After a leisurely morning and lunch, head off to Ubud on the way visiting Goa Lawah, a temple on the beach front of Kusamba. Goa Lawah translates to the Bat Cave, and this site is home to thousands of bats, who exit the cave in the early evening. Continue to Kertagosa – the hall of justice in the Klungkung area where, among other things, you can see the famous Kamasan painting depicting Hindu legends. Later check into your hotel, the Alila Ubud.

Day 5: Ubud

After an 8am pick up, a warm welcome awaits at a typical Balinese home, where you will be greeted with traditional breakfast served with Balinese coffee or tea. Walk through the farms to experience the real life of the Balinese people working on the rice fields, learning more about the simple and traditional irrigation system called Subak, the process of rice growing from planting the seedlings, to harvesting and even cooking. You will be served with fresh young coconut water, one of nature’s best drinks. After lunch, return to the hotel.

Day 6: Depart Bali

Today your wonderful tour around Bali comes to an end. Enjoy some more free time at your hotel in Ubud or do some last minute shopping or sightseeing before being picked up and taken to Denpasar Airport to catch an onward flight or begin your journey back home. This short trip makes a great add on to any longer holiday on the island affectionately known as the Morning of the World.
