gourmet dinner waft from the kitchen, signalling the start of another indulgent evening of fine food. While the fire crackles away, warming the room, sit back and drink in the atmosphere in your cosy Alpine chalet.

Our chalet chefs are all passionate about food and take great delight in preparing dishes that will wow you each evening. As well as our tried and tested recipes, they have the freedom to design a menu to suit your individual tastes.

If you have taken an entire chalet, they will give

you a call before you leave home, asking for any specific requests, likes or dislikes. It’s just like having your own personal chef on hand.

We know only too well how difficult it is to choose a selection of wines for our chalets each season, that appeal to a broad range of tastes.

And it is for this reason we go to great lengths to

ensure we get the balance just right. We enlist the help of renowned somelliers who guide us through the selection process - it’s a tough job!
